So now the Team arrive at the Oulton Park Circuit for round 2 with that invaluable race experience under their belt and are keen to reward the crew and sponsors with some great results. They will need all that first race experience and more as this circuit is one of the most challenging in Europe. Draped over the Cheshire countryside and featuring steep undulations and blind crests, Oulton is an exciting but very tough place to race motorcycles.

AMA Champion James Rispoli is learning all the UK tracks as he goes this year, which is no mean feat in itself. The reality of Oulton, the second longest track in the UK, is not going to stall James’ determined approach to mastering the Supersport Championship circuits.
“After getting a couple test sessions in the week prior to this I feel very good coming into Oulton Park. I think we made huge strides towards a better setup with the bike, getting the front end a lot better. I know it will be tough to gain an inch in this class but I think we will, towards the end of the weekend, be able to get closer to the front. Each track is new to me, but I’m on pace by the 2nd day. Not easy though when the boys are on track record pace first session… but we get closer every time.”

As ever, Team Traction Control are so thankful to Monster Energy, Fly-By-Nite, Milwaukee, Suzuki and of course Muc-off for their support in helping to make this awesome team a reality.
